We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on our 12-Week Home Series. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the series, we will provide you a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Once requested we will cancel your access to the entire series.
Gifted series' are not eligible for refunds.
All other digital download products are not eligible for refund if the product has already been downloaded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Discounted items (if applicable)
If you purchased any of our products with a discount and request a refund, you will only be refunded the price you paid for the product.
